Unfortunately there are now point deductions: During the penultimate visit, Mr. Immerheiser Sen. sits with his wife and grandchildren at the table above the guest room and plays UNO, which of course does not always go off quietly. The restaurant had to remain closed on the last visit. No call to cancel us! We asked in the Landgasthof Engel and the waiter - who always served us in the old wine cellar - saved us the evening in a great way: We got a seat there, the drinks were on the house and actually it was a nice evening. Actually, when I asked Mr. Immerheiser as I left that we could be called, he became very unobjective, sloppy and blamed others for it. That was the last visit.

We have been there several times, often with friends and family, on various theme evenings with very good wines and fantastic food. Mr. Immerheiser understands like no other, to entertain his visitors with exciting stories and well-founded knowledge about the wine. Just great!

Nice guesthouse with rustic decor. There is also an excellent restaurant that deserves a star. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast table is richly set and it is also handed in later.

First I would like to justify the one star - The food was OK, but the details are in the detail. We were today for Christmas dinner in the old wine cellar. As previously announced there was a three course menu for 48 € p.P. - maybe a little expensive, but as far as everything is good. Drinks ordered, they arrived promptly. Added to this was a basket of dry white bread without anything !! That can not be with the menu price in my opinion! No greeting from the house, NOTHING! We then had to reorder butter - other tables did that, so probably several guests went there. When ordering the food was the question of whether we later decide for a dessert, negated - so I did not order the dessert. In addition, we have ordered a starter for sharing. (short summary: 4 meals, 3 appetizers, 3 desserts). Honestly, crème brûlée is prepared in the cooling and a scoop of ice cream is not a job that requires hours of preparation! We did not ask when ordering how high the price is, if you only a main course eats, but we assumed that at least a few euros go off, but we come to a climax. THE INVOICE I do not know which vicious vulture has calculated here, but seriously? Starter 1 € dessert 1 € and a main course, which was NOT worth it, for 46 € ????? SERIOUSLY? 2 € Euro discount? honestly, if I had known that, I would have waived the main course and eaten for 2 €. Many thanks Family Immerheiser - it was the last time and I hope other guests today have the same impression.

We really liked the decor, the service as well as the food. The menu can be freely selected and combined by the sequence. Visually creative and appealing, the dishes are presented. They all convinced by their taste and the original combination of side dishes and sauces. The bouillabaisse was one of the best I've ever had. Black noodles with light green curry sauce / sauce level and with peas as a side dish perfectly complemented the shrimp and their lightness. Regional products and dishes that, m.E. to outdo the good and famous restaurants in the area. I would have given 5 stars if the idea of ​​the wines had been more convincing. Definitely one of my new favorite restaurants.

The service is top notch. Price performance is also top for the quality of the raw materials. Fortunately, I haven't had any negative experience so far.

Always worth a visit! Have been here several times and the menu changes very often with very creative dishes. To reserve both inside and outside. I particularly recommend the so-called Vinum dishes, which are a bit smaller, but you can easily enjoy 3 beautiful varied courses.
